As the owner of Boadicea Communications, Clare Collard is a Community Activist and Business Consultant with over 20 years of experience specializing in Business Development in the areas of Community Involvement, Public Relations, Public Speaking and Human Resources.       
Born in Scotland, Clare has called Utah home and lived in the Salt Lake valley for over 25 years. She is a naturalized citizen of the United States.

With extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, Clare has held many different leadership and management roles such as Media & Public Relations Manager and was the VP of Human Resources, Compliance, Training and PR as well as was responsible for overseeing all crisis communications and handling all community involvement programs. She has worked for number of esteemed companies such as Salt Lake Credit Union and Mountain America Credit Union.

Clare is currently the Chair of the state wide Women’s Democratic Caucus and is a Regional Director for the Salt Lake County Democratic Party. Clare ran for public office for Utah State Auditor in November of 2008 taking 33% of the vote in a very close race where the winning incumbent only won by 37% of the vote.

She continues to pursue her activism in an effort to empower women and families in the state of Utah.
